Spiced Apple Taheebo Tea Recipe

Spiced Apple Taheebo Tea Recipe

As the days get colder and the nights get longer we often find ourselves craving hot beverages infused with soul-warming spices such as cinnamon and clove.

Today we want to share a simple recipe that we have been enjoying this season, which transforms your beloved Taheebo Tea into a healthy fall treat. The apple and spices pair nicely with the earthy flavor of Taheebo bark (scroll down for the full recipe). We drink this in addition to our daily cups of Taheebo using the NAD+ Boosting recipe

Delicious, Refreshing, Alkalizing & Digestive Taheebo Tea Recipe with a Kick!

As the summer months roll in, we like having our Taheebo Tea on the rocks ? ?

We find it to be a refreshing way to take in the wellness goodies of this amazing tea each day as the temperatures climb.

You may try simply adding some ice to your brewed Taheebo Tea. We also like adding a squeeze of lemon juice to give it a bright, uplifting flavor. We drink it unsweetened, however, some like adding a bit of natural sweetener like stevia or maple syrup. Go ahead experiment, give it a try!

If you are feeling really adventurous you may like to try brewing this Taheebo Alkalizing Digestive Tea.

Nourishing Mineral Broth Recipe

Vegetable broths are a great way to get a nutritional boost that is easy on the digestive system. This nutrient-dense broth recipe was shared with us when Julien first became sick. He was having a hard time eating, but found he was able to drink this broth which allowed him to easily take in a good dose of nutrients.

It is full of magnesium, potassium, and numerous trace minerals. Cancer treatments often deplete these minerals and this broth helps the body refresh and restore itself. It is also great anytime you are feeling a cold coming on, depleted, or simply want some added nutrients.
