Taheebo Wellness offers an excellent tea with a fine grind that enables the essence of the herb to saturate the tea when brewing. I usually have 2 cups/day and brew 2 days batch by bringing about 5 cups water in a glass or ceramic pot with about 4 Tablespoons of the taheebo tea to a boil, then simmer for about 30 minutes and strain. I keep the leftover in a glass mason jar.

When drinking this tea regularly one really notices its powerful cleansing properties. I now recommend this tea as one of the best things to keep your detox/immune system strong (a great anti-cov#d prevention!) One also feels “clearer” mentally (if one is used to brain fog). Great for candida, fungal issues. I got used to it now and its a mainstay of my health routine. Tip: if you can take it without any sweetener, I think its best like this. If not, try adding some drops of NOW foods organic monk’s fruit liquid (one of the few sweeteners permitted for candida or fungal issues) ~ Stephen

I’ve been drinking 1-2 cups of strong tea per day. I make it at least triple strength. I’ve had problems with candida overgrowth and likely gut bacterial community issues that probably go back to intense childhood antibiotics to stop ear infections. In addition to digestive issues (IBS), I get some strange symptoms that include facial/neck tics that I find uncomfortable and socially distressing. We have used this tea to heal skin issues, to heal wounds, and to clean the blood internally nightly taken just before bed. The new providers offer the exact same quality as Herb-Care formerly did.
